Competition Team 2023

Students interested in kata competition are encouraged to tryout for the Edge Martial Arts Competition Team. Our team competes throughout the year at local and regional tournaments, national qualifiers, and USA National Karate Federation events, and trains together on Sunday afternoons. The team is open to all students from Blue Belt through Black Belt, ages 7 and above.

** We do not offer competition-style kumite (sparring) at this time **

Students interested in trying out for Competition Team (including all returning team members) must participate in Team Trials in order to earn a spot on the team.
