Sensei Eric Radoman is Co-Owner and Chief Instructor at Edge Martial Arts. He began his study of karate in 1993 under Shihan Jim Chillemi and earned his black belt in 1999. He holds the rank of Godan (fifth degree black belt) in goju-ryu. The martial arts has always been a passion and a way of life for Eric, and has guided the course of his life.

Sensei Caroleann Radoman began her study of karate in 1997 and earned her black belt in 2005. She holds the rank of Yondan (fourth degree black belt) in goju-ryu.

Sensei Caroleann attended Fordham University and graduated in 2012 with a BS in General Science. She currently works full-time in medical laboratory sales. Sensei Caroleann enjoys encouraging her customers to think about their ultimate goals, and does the same with her students. She loves teaching young, beginner martial artists and helping them fall in love with karate and the many benefits it can add to their lives. The importance of goal setting, discipline, focus, and perseverance are all values she hopes to instill in her students.

Sensei Ben Andersen began his study of karate in 2001 and earned his black belt in 2005. He holds the rank of Godan (fifth degree black belt) in goju-ryu. His teachers have included Shihan Jim Chillemi, Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura, and Kyoshi Glenn Cunningham, among others. Sensei Ben has competed nationally in kata competition, has a Level 2 Coaching Certification from the USA National Karate Federation, and is USOC SafeSport trained. He is the head coach for the Edge Martial Arts competition team.
